Der Vermieter ist der Verantwortliche für personenbezogene Daten und verpflichtet sich, personenbezogene Daten von Klienten und Gästen gemäß den geltenden Gesetzen, insbesondere dem Gesetz Nr. 101/2000 Gesetzessammlungs. Über den Schutz personenbezogener Daten in der jeweils gültigen Fassung (im Folgenden „ ZOOU “) und Verordnung (EU) 2016/679 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates zum Schutz des Einzelnen bei der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten und zum freien Datenverkehr sowie zur Aufhebung der Richtlinie 95/46 / EG (nachstehend als „ GDPR bezeichnet“).

Der Klient und die Gäste erkennen an, dass die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten gemäß diesem Absatz nicht ihrer Zustimmung bedarf.
